Environmental problems are becoming increasingly serious and we want to use this project to raise consciousness about protecting the environment, especially for children. In this application, users are able to create their own polar bear and watch it suffer from human activities. It maybe could increase their environmental awareness.

DESCRIPTION

First, the player needs to color the picture to activate the polar bear. When polar bears have life, icebergs and oceans will rise with them. Polar bears will happily walk around iceberg. As humans enter the Arctic, there is more and more garbage in the ocean. Environmental pollution caused by human activities causes global warming, which also leads to the melting of glaciers and the rise of sea level. Polar bears lose their environment and eventually die.

HOW IT WORKS?

The basic principle is that mapping camera image in target region to model. Firstly, we can get world transform of the four corners of target image in the scene. Based the coordinates of four points and the transformation matrix, the target image in camera rendering picture can be calculated. we use the image as texture to render the model.
